If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us by email or leave a message below the order. We will send a confirmation email to your account. Simply reply "I don't want it anymore" and we will cancel the order for you.

Please note that TPS does not accept returns on certain products, including:

  • Software
  • Calibration Products
  • Production Packaging Products
  • Extended Outsourcing Products
  • Specialty Products


Additionally, TPS will not accept returns of ESD sensitive equipment if the integrity of the original protective packaging has been compromised. This includes cases where bags have been opened and resealed or multiple bags have been stapled together.
